Xisca and Mr. Paul, Reviewing the information regarding the annual employee party revealed that the Human Resources Manager did not follow instructions and provided incomplete information on the following points: Firstly, the HR manager was asked to prepare a budget for the party, comparing it to data from previous years, but only the current year's budget was provided. Secondly, the HR manager did not provide a detailed summary of expenses and prizes, including who received what awards. Thirdly, we discovered that the purchasing received 1 million Kip from a vendor but HR manager failed to provide a summary of how that money was spent. Fourthly, the distribution of cash as prizes was prohibited, but the HR manager's distribution of money to employees as gifts was ignored. Fifthly, the HR manager was advised to use the money sparingly, but instead spent it on extravagant, single-use items such as party signs (which could have been made independently), effectively wasting money. Therefore, this report requests an investigation into the information provided by the HR manager and the Accounting manager. Kindly find the attached consumption report from the accounting manager.
