Dear Narout, I’m glad to see that our review score on Booking.com has improved from 9.3 to 9.4, this is a great step forward. At the same time, I’ve noticed that while OTA bookings make up a large portion of our business, the number of reviews on these platforms remains relatively low. As reviews are a key factor influencing booking decisions and overall online reputation, I think it would be important for us to put a clear strategy in place to increase review volume. This is something we should focus on as a priority.
