Dear [Recipient Name], I would like to share a strategic vision for our revenue management platform, which you can preview here: https://namkhan-bi.vercel.app/revenue/pulse Our stack—Supabase, Make, and Claude—is the foundation for building Claude Agent Networks. The goal is to deploy an "agent armada" of how ever many you want - 20-30-40-50 ? virtual employees per property. These agents will be multi-skilled, multilingual, and more efficient than any human counterpart. The market window is closing fast, and our competitive advantage lies in our ability to deploy these agent networks quickly. We need to move into a high-velocity "sprint" phase covering refinement, development, and deployment. Every aspect of the operation should be agentic, including: - Operations: Permanent reasoning, self-correction, and building an agentic knowledge database. - Marketing & Sales: Research, campaign design, and a lead-generation funnel that identifies and targets the best prospects from the 26,000 hotels in the Cloudbeds marketplace. - Onboarding: Automated setup and integration via Cloudbeds. We want a "no questions asked" experience where a dashboard is live within 15 minutes of integration. - Support & Finance: Help desk and automated payment collection. mst importaant is now to set up the structure that the whle set up f a new client htel once integrate happens with 1 prompt .... will take some engeneering.... but then....... one day 95% autopilot with a unheard off depth...... Our business model could be free trial, followed by a tiered system. For example, a free version might include 2-3 agents running every 24 hours, while the paid version scales to over 30 agents. With a target of 1,000 hotels at $300–$1,000 per month, we are looking at a monthly revenue potential of $300,000 to $1,000,000, and there are about 500.000 independent small 4-5 star hotels.... but in the end this insteresting for every serious accomodtion business The process is similar to managing a team of 50 junior revenue managers: we define the hierarchies—Research, Strategy, Finance—brief them, and then monitor and retrain them as they gain autonomy. This happens at a much faster pace than in real life, allowing us to focus on refining the agents while they handle the workload. Please let me know your thoughts on this direction so we can begin the refinement and deployment process. I need yu to into this fast to start feding the first details Best regards, Paul Bauer
