96 Changes to Cloudbeds Insights reports Hi Paul, This is a final reminder to update your custom Cloudbeds Insights reports. At the beginning of May 2026, legacy occupancy data will be fully deprecated. Any report using “Occupancy (Legacy – Unsupported)” will stop returning data. What you need to do Review your custom Insights reports Rebuild any report using “Occupancy (Legacy – Unsupported)” Select “Occupancy” (Cloudbeds’ current reporting standard) What’s not affected PMS screens, dashboards, and standard Cloudbeds reports already use the current Occupancy dataset—no action needed. Need more information?
