Our technical team has identified that the issue is related to a regional network routing disruption affecting connectivity between Globe Internet Service Provider (ISP) and AWS infrastructure. Impact The disruption primarily affected users on Globe Telecom in the Philippines. Affected customers experienced intermittent connectivity, and inability to access Cloudbeds services. What we've done Our team is actively working with our network partners to resolve this as quickly as possible. We have been investigating since the issue was first reported and are committed to keeping you updated. What you can do in the meantime Here are a couple of options that may help: Switch to a mobile data connection through a different provider; If your property has more than one internet connection, try switching to an alternative one.
