Summary

Mews Connector API rejects AccessToken with 401 "Cannot perform operation or session has expired" against api.mews.com despite working webhook subscription.

Action items for PBS (tomorrow):
1. Contact Mews integration support with RequestId c89266b1-1ffb-46f6-8060-6cb87b23c23a
2. Confirm whether TBC_TDP_BI is certified for production API access
3. If not certified — submit certification request via Mews partner portal
4. If already certified — escalate to Mews to resolve token rejection

Once unblocked: run historical backfill 2024-03-01 → today via pg_net + paginated endpoints (reservations, customers, resources, resourceBlocks, payments). See planned ADR-043.3.
